You do not need a brief. A few details make the first conversation useful:

What you want to heat
A pool (and its volume), hot water, a jacuzzi, heating, and in which months you use them.
What is already there
A boiler, a heat pump, gas, the pool's piping. What the controller can do with the existing equipment depends on the model, and we check it at the survey.
Where the panels could go
A roof or a free area that gets sun most of the day. A photo helps.
Photos or a drawing
A picture of the roof, of the plant room and of the pool shortens the survey.

Do you come to every part of Israel?

Yes. We design and install across the country.

Can I ask about upgrading an existing installation?

Yes: a pool with a heat pump, an existing solar boiler or gas heating. We check how the panels can join what is already there.
